This is further topped up by requisite Risk assessments and mitigations to make the project safe and acceptable to the clients.

Subsea work concentrates risk in a small number of interfaces — between the vessel, the diving or ROV spread, the contractor's deck equipment and the seabed itself. The governing guidance comes largely from IMCA, covering diving system operation, ROV intervention and the marine support around them, and the common cause of incidents is not the underwater work itself but the coordination surrounding it: station keeping, deck layout, communications and permit control across parties who may never have worked together before.
We coordinate the marine side of air and saturation diving spreads, ROV and subsea survey operations, cable lay, pipelay and tie-in support, and seabed work including route survey, clearance and debris removal. That means matching suitable marine units and approved contractors to the intended scope, disposing the deck spread to achieve it, and wrapping the whole operation in risk assessment and mitigation that the client's own assurance process will accept.
