Offshore campaigns fail at the seams between parties more often than within any single discipline. Logistics, assurance and HSE are usually managed by different organisations answering to different commercial incentives, and the operator is left integrating them. Comprehensive planning, appraised through specific HAZID and risk assessment, is what turns those separate workstreams into a package that can be managed as one.

We take that integrating role: running the campaign end to end, representing the client's interest on the unit as marine advisor or company representative, and maintaining the daily reporting, progress tracking and close-out documentation that keeps decisions traceable. Operating a heavy lift in the field with a suitable marine spread, against the assurances offered by the lifting management, is the clearest example of where that single point of accountability earns its place.
