Offshore logistics is judged on whether the right item is on the right deck at the right time, and the failure modes are mundane: cargo that cannot be sea-fastened to the tow's approved arrangement, a load-out booked against a berth that cannot take the draft, a crew change that misses the weather window. The marine leg is only ever part of a chain that also runs across quay, road and rail, and the chain fails at its interfaces.
We manage load-out, sea-fastening and stowage supervision, project cargo and heavy-lift transport, warehousing and materials control, crew change and personnel transfer, and bunkering and offshore replenishment.
